2. Verifications

Click on the "Verifications" menu in the sidebar to view the verifications list. This is where you will manage your daily workflow.

The Verifications view is your operational control center. From here, you have real-time oversight of every identity verification request, allowing you to track progress, analyze drop-offs, and review final decisions.

1. Workflow Capabilities (Icons)#

On the left side of each row, you will see a cluster of icons. These visual indicators represent the specific features active for that user's verification session:
Identity & Documents
1.png ID Verification: Validation of government-issued identity documents.
2.png NFC: Chip-based validation (Near Field Communication) for passports and electronic IDs.
5.png POA: Proof of Address validation.
Biometrics
3.png Liveness: Anti-spoofing technology to ensure the user is present and real.
4.png Face Match: Biometric comparison between the selfie and the ID photo.
9.png Age Estimation: AI-based analysis to estimate the user's age.
Risk & Compliance
7.png AML: Anti-Money Laundering background checks.
8.png IP Analysis: Device fingerprinting and risk assessment.
6.png Phone: Phone number verification.

2. Status Glossary#

The Status column reflects the precise state of the verification session. Below is the definition for each status you might encounter:

Initial & Active States#

chip_estado_1.png Not Started: The verification process has not been initiated by the user yet. This is the initial state for all new verification requests.
chip_estado_2.png In Process: The user has started the verification process and is currently submitting their information and documents.

Review & Exceptions#

chip_estado_23.png In Review: The verification requires manual review by the compliance team due to certain flags or inconsistencies.
chip_estado_27.png Abandoned: The user started but did not complete the verification process within the required timeframe.
chip_estado_15.png Expired: The verification session has timed out before completion. The user will need to start a new verification process.

Final Outcomes#

chip_estado_5.png Approved: The verification has been successfully completed and approved. All required checks have passed.
chip_estado_17.png Finished: The verification has been successfully completed and approved. All required checks have passed.
chip_estado_11.png Declined: The verification has been rejected due to issues with submitted information or documents not meeting requirements.

Lifecycle Maintenance#

chip_estado_30.png KYC Expired: The previously verified KYC has expired and needs to be renewed. This typically occurs after a set period from the initial verification.
