To focus your daily workflow, you don't need to search through the entire history.Pending Review Filter: Click on the small blue icon
next to the search bar.Action: This instantly filters the table to show only the verifications with the status In Review.
Goal: This creates a focused "To-Do List" for your compliance team to process one by one.
2. Reviewing & Decision Making#
Once you have identified the pending cases, you have two ways to handle them depending on the complexity of the case:A. Deep Dive (Recommended)#
Before making a decision, it is crucial to understand why the case was flagged.Click the View Details icon (
) to open the full report. Here you can inspect the document images, check the biometrics score, and read specific risk warnings.
B. Quick Actions#
If the decision is obvious (or if you have already reviewed the data), you can execute the final decision directly from the dashboard row using the action buttons:
Approved Action:
Click the Green Checkmark. This overrides the flags, marks the user as Verified, and allows them to proceed. Use this when the discrepancy is minor or a false positive.
Declined Action:
Click the Red Cross. This confirms the rejection and permanently blocks the request. The status will update to Declined.
